This notice explains how Ordanex Technologies Private Limited ("Ordanex", "we"), a company incorporated in India, handles personal information collected through this website, www.ordanex.ai. It does not cover data processed inside the Ordanex platform on behalf of customers, which is governed by each customer agreement.

Information we collect

Demo and contact requests. Your name, work email, company, role, ERP or platform, area of interest and your message.
Your consent. When you submit the demo-request form, we record that you gave consent, the consent statement you accepted, the version of this notice and the time of submission.
Email you send us. The content of any email you send to hello@ordanex.ai.
Technical data. Our hosting and security provider processes standard request data such as IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the site.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

Demo-request details are used only for:

Responding to the enquiry.
Arranging a demonstration.
Following up directly on the enquiry.

Ordanex will not use these details for unrelated marketing communications.

Email you send us is used to read and reply to it and to handle what you ask of us.

Technical data is used to deliver the website and keep it secure and available. We do not use it to profile visitors.

Legal basis for demo requests. We process the details you submit through the demo-request form on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before you submit the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@ordanex.ai; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Email you send us. You provide this information voluntarily so that we can respond to you, and we use it only for that purpose.

Technical data. This is processed so that the website can be delivered to you and protected against misuse.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts this website and routes email sent to our domain.
Resend delivers demo-request notifications, including the consent record, to our team.
Google hosts the mailbox where our team receives those notifications and email sent to hello@ordanex.ai.

These providers may process personal information outside India. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep demo-request details for 24 months after our last relevant interaction with you, and then delete them. We delete them sooner if you withdraw your consent or ask us to, unless we are required by law to keep them longer or need them to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We keep the record of your consent for as long as we keep the related demo-request details. Emails you send us are kept for the same period after our last relevant interaction with you.

Your rights

You can ask us for information about the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct, update or erase it, or withdraw your consent. To make a request, email hello@ordanex.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Grievances. If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, contact us at hello@ordanex.ai. We will respond within 30 days. You may also have the right to complain to the authority responsible for data protection in India.

Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children.
